Double Room for Rent, N6

Double bedroom available from start January / end December
(it looks like the room will actually be vacant from some time during the weekend after Christmas (Dec 27 or 28) onward)
We need to sign a new lease by Jan 5thASAP!

The flat:
3 bed ground floor flat in Highgate - just off the Archway road, short walk to Highgate tube, or easy bus ride (or 10-15 min walk downhill) to Archway tube. 3 busses pass right by on the Archway road round the clock (134 and 43 which are 24 hr busses, + the 263 days and the N20 nights). Garden (to which we have sole access), washer, dryer, and a big chest freezer in the basement. We have broadband Wifi, and a telly for general use in the front room.

The room:
Small double with a nice big window looking towards the back garden. Has a desk and a wardrobe as well.
rent: £447.72 a month + about £100 for share of bills (exact amount unknown due to recent rise in gas and electric)
deposit: one month's rent

The flatmates:
41 year old female, computer professional (Java dev), mostly vegetarian, except when i cheat and eat seafood (that's me)
44 year old male, PhD student in ethnomusicology, musician, sound-man, vegetarian
(that's kingseesar though really he mostly uses MySpace, so you'll not find much (well anything really) on his LJ)
(Both into all sorts of odd music and known to hang around the goth scene ;-), both non-smokers, non-drug users)
and of course, the cat, Theo

Note that though we are neither of us meat eaters, nor smokers, we do not mind meat eaters, and smokers are OK provided you are willing to smoke outside the flat only :-)
